SPRINGFIELD — The owner of 232 Worthington St., which formerly housed Dewey’s Jazz Lounge, is seeking to create a restaurant incubator at the location for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to “launch and grow their culinary businesses.”
Dog officer: new bylaws are ‘fines after fines after fines’
HUNTINGTON — Jim Helems, who has served as animal control officer in Huntington for the past four years, is looking for residents to speak out about the new bylaw that passed at the town meeting on June 23, regarding dogs. Helems said he does not recommend the bylaw and may be forced to step down because of it.
